Every day, more than 200 + people call my office looking for some kind of financial solution that will make a difference to them. Most of them have already Lenders (a bad thing to do) and almost 70% have failed or be called wondering if they could "have done better" on the final settlement with her bank. One thing to be clear is that the banks play by their rules ... no matter what the media says or how they are "big boys" spin their BS, the banks win, they always have. Heck in 2006...
